About The Event
Sarah Peterson is our Club President and has been keeping bees for over 20 years.
In this talk she will be speaking about how to go about safely collecting a swarm, be it your bees or someone else’s! She will cover equipment needed, varoius methods and crucually how to care for your swarm once you’ve got it home.nt and has been keeping bees for over 20 years.  She will be giving us practical advice and guidance of how to go about collecting that first swarm. What equipment is needed, hazards etc. She will also explain how to look after our swarm after we have successfully collected it.
