Dr Gerry Brierley - The secrets of apitherapy
Dr Gerry Brierley, a British beekeeper and an ‘Accidental Apitherapist’ who, after an encounter with blood sucking ticks in the Surrey Hills, contracted near fatal forms of tick borne infections, including Lyme Disease. Dr Gerry now lectures on the subject of Medicinal Apitherapy, including the therapeutic uses of bee venom. Dr Brierley is author of the children's book "The Secrets of Hope the Honey Bee".
